Transportation decisions have an outsized and lasting impact on Wisconsin’s climate and on our everyday lives. Our upcoming forum will bring together local, state and national transportation experts to discuss the future of Wisconsin transportation, and how climate friendly modes of travel – like transit, walking, biking and rail – can help tackle our state’s emissions goals. The forum will feature keynote speaker Kevin Brubaker, Deputy Director at Environmental Law and Poverty Center, with panel discussions focused on active transportation, public transit, and passenger rail policy and funding opportunities in Wisconsin.

Panel Speakers:

Ben Lyman, Transportation Planner – Greater Madison MPO
Caressa Givens, MKE Program Manager – Wisconsin Bike Fed

Passenger Rail:
Arun Rao, Passenger Rail Implementation Manager – WisDOT
Tom Lynch, Director of Transportation – City of Madison

Public Transit:

Patricia Kiewiz, Transit Director – City of Green Bay
